من أسوء تطبيقات التوصيل أنا طلبت الساعة ١١:٤٨ و للآن ما جا الطلب حقي و الساعة ٢:١٩ و لما ادق على الرقم ابا أشوف فين أكلي الرجال يقول من ٢٠ إلى ٢٥ دقيقة عشان يجي و استنيت ٤٠ دقيقة و ما جا الصراحة جدا سيء لو أني طالب شي ثاني كان مو بس جا كان اكلتو و هضمتو و نمت و صحيت و التطبيق السيء هذا لسا ما جاب طلبي

تطلب من التطبيق استلام من الفرع ويجيك الطلب جاهز توصل ويقولك ما نجهز إلا وانت موجود ايش فايده الطلب من التطبيق

خدمة زباله وخدمات عملا اعفن خدمه ومع ذالك يبي رسوم خدمة وكمان مافي مركز شكاوي وتاخذ حق لو صار اي شي لطلبك ويبي رسوم خدمه ولا في رسوم على الطلبات الصغيره تبآ لكم
Can’t claim points
Their “point” can’t be claims saying “ oops can’t right now” for almost 7 months.

I ordered like any normal person, and I waited all the time, I talked to the customer service, he told me that your order was canceled, I said good, why is it canceled, he said this, how is the restaurant, and they told me that we will return the money, and your right does not go, and I still haven't returned the money

Fake offers
Ordered a 2 twister and fries deal and received 1 twister. I though it was a mistake at first from the employee and talked to him and he said no you ordered only one, he even printed my receipt and it had 1 twister on it, talked to the manager and he wasn’t helpful at all telling me to talk to KFC number and complain their, asked for my refund I don’t want the meal no more and they wouldn’t offer it to me becuase i paid throught the app? Nonsense
I talked to the KFC number and they were not helpful either.
Such a shame becuase I used to like this restaurant, definitely no going their again

It was one of the best experiences dealing directly with the restaurant and searching for the best offers. It was a worthy experience after the spread of food ordering sites that increased the price of the service provided.

Issue with big orders
Unfortunately each time i order 6 family packs and pay for it. The store manager cancel the order and request payment at shop. This always ruins the credit that come back in 3 days. And make me lose points. Put limit for orders or accept it
No cancel option
I was thinking of buying more items after i ordered and tried to cancel there is no option to cancel the order. And was forced to cancel by calling the store and canceling it i will never use kfc application for order again
