They give you like 5 minutes of free time to watch the live feed and then run 3-4 minutes of ads. Leaving you with 1-2 minutes to get the live weather information. Trash
Something’s wrong
Since the last update the app won’t scroll or do anything. Normally the annoying ad pops up first and u have to x it out but now when you open it it just stays with the screen dark and won’t let you scroll or tap anything

I used to love this app, but whatever they did to the radar that separated everything out made this app terrible. The daily and hourly forecasts aren’t even close anymore either. They also don’t update timely. My mom and I both had this app. We both set it to the same place and had two different forecasts. The live video also stopped working.

Would love a local news app, but this is just too jumbled and overstimulating to use. It’s a headache.

Shame on you for putting this trash on the App Store. Full of pop ups that disable all functionality. Completely useless. Uninstall this garbage.

Videos are never the most recent
I would figure the app is supposed to help keep people up to date on the most recent updates, but when I look for the most recent forecast videos, I always end up with forecasts from the morning or the day before. This is not helpful if it’s tornado season and we are attempting to keep up with live feed and the video is from 8 hours ago. The most recent videos should be uploaded immediately. Also, seems like a very politically biased news channel lately. Leaning left. I only use this app and watch this channel anymore for the weather…. If it’s even available.

Phishing malware ads in the app.
Trying to look at news stories and keep get false ads claiming my phone OS is infected. It’s a phishing site ad that will try to gf get you to install malware under the guise of virus removal tools.

Commercial after commercial
I downloaded the app and deleted it within 2 minutes. Being new to the area, I just wanted to check the weather for the evening. Every time I tried to navigate to what I was looking for, another commercial/add would pop up. How annoying. I guess I will just have to stick with their competitors app.
Each version more unwieldy than the last
It’s difficult to accept as legitimate the 4.6 rating of this app. Once upon a time, this app was actually useful and the experience was a tolerable mix of content and garbage.
I understand there must always be ads with free apps like this. However, while tech evolved and phones became more powerful, this app mutated, devolved and deteriorated into a disgraceful and excremental chumbox captive portal. Who knows what sort of sinister code exists underneath the ugly and clunky UI?
I am too enraged to calculate the percentage of legitimate content that’s ultimately being delivered to the user, but I’d bet it’s not even 67% like we’d get on a typical TV timeslot.
This app doesn’t deserve a single star.

Needs work
Can close once you open. Send notifications and then the story isn’t there
No live footage
This past two weeks we have had horrible weather with tornado activity. I used to be able to go into this app and go to video on the lower right of the app, where if something was live or mike Morgan was on tv, I could simply open this app and would see a red dot by the video icon, which would tell you he’s on live, while on the go. That has not been the case lately. Whatever has changed is not working.

Great app but now no live broadcast
This was my “go to” news & weather app for many yrs. Recently they no longer have live shows - only recorded segments. It was really great to tune in to our hometown news/weather when we are traveling. 🙁 very sorry to see this feature taken down. Still a reliable source.

Can’t read due to click bait
Constantly click baiting even though not touching screen. Pops you to online fake info stealing sites & completely takes you out of app! Getting worse with each update. Do yourself a favor & download News 9 instead. No accidental click bait or scam stories! Weather better there too.
Browser Hijacker
Constantly hijacks your browser to display pop up advertisements. I would recommend staying away from this app as I have now also deleted it!
I have a suggestion.
Please fix the app refreshing automatically whenever you exit a news story. It’s frustrating to have to load and scroll for several minutes to find buried articles and then having to scroll back down to my place after I exit the article. Would be nice if the app would save your place so you can continue looking through older/buried stories.
