صعوبة الدخول
السلام عليكم
كنت احاول الدخول لملفي الطبي ولكن صعوبة الدخول من خلال نفاذ حال دون امكانية الدخول، ياريت يتم معالجة الدخول الى الملف الطبي بدون ما يلزم من خلال تطبيق نفاذ. ولكم جزيل الشكر

Not easy to navigate, and doesn’t have explanations of certain things. Can not find services easily.

Part of the app works really well, but there are areas for improvement.
1. Should be allowed to send messages to the coordinators.
2. The app doesn’t always send text confirmation when an appointment Is made.
3. Make things easier to find, example cardiology reports and endoscopy should be also in a box to click on the main just as radiology is, not a drop down click from a selection of others. Really difficult to navigate easily.
4. Why do you have a link to make appointments when a pop up says after trying to call a number because I can’t make an appointment?? Why even have the link there?
