Room for improvement
How is a patient supposed to find an employees ID number to say thank you???? You should make it easier - full name/department or full name/job title is reasonable
Needs serious updating and more advanced calling system
Part of the app works well, but there are many areas for improvement.
1. Should be allowed to send messages to the coordinators.
2. The app doesnโt always send text confirmation when an appointment Is made.
3. Make results easier to find, it can be very difficult to navigate easily.
4. Thereโs a link to click and make appointments, but itโs impossible. Instead a pop up says to call the main number because I canโt make an appointment. Why even have the link there? And even with a phone call, they have to โraise a ticketโ. Nothing happens easily here without going through some middle man, that 1/2 the time goes unanswered.
