Bad customer service

I purchased a course(online and recorded) on 8th May. Also attended 3 classes. But today it shows you have not purchased any courses. I called the customer care back to back 3 day and they tells me it will resolved. But till now, no action is taken. Also mailed them 2 times but they didn’t give me a reply. As I am a student, I had to buy this from my parent’s money. I wish it would resolve. If you are seeing this review it means it hadn’t resolved till now .

Glitch

When the lecture is switch to full screen mode It automatically close the app and have to start again from starting it even remove it from the recent. Please have a look on it. Thank you, Khan sir. Thank you KGS.

App Crashes in Horizontal Mode During Banking Video

The application crashes whenever I try to use the banking video feature in horizontal (landscape) mode on iOS. The app works normally in vertical mode, but switching to horizontal screen causes it to freeze and close automatically.
Please fix this issue as it affects usability and interrupts important banking processes. Kindly release an update to resolve the crash on iOS devices.

The content which this platform provides in 10k only is worth lakhs if have given in any offline platform of delhi ….. after studying from this course i assure u that if u r a serious upsc aspirant than u need not to go anywhere else for any type of content …. Just buy a printer so that u can print the resources and notes which the teacher of this platform provides u …. All the best guys

Tester might had been drunk

For the purpose of education, this app is seriously incompetent. A student could most of the time get indulged in solving issues rather focusing on studies. Khan Global Studies is also compromising in quality by not uploading practically printable notes with the study packages as there are coloured screenshots/slides of the screen that replicate as images and create issues in printing, also requires a huge amount of time to print. I am neither a student nor a false poster, just a curious learner. There was a time when Khan Global Studies made difference but now, it seems as if it is compromising quality in online medium. I do not want to comment anything on the offline medium. Rest if you eliminate application issues and issues of printable notes, live/video classes are good enough. There are solutions to every problem (say for app as well as notes printing) but these are minor things that are important and need to be fixed. Quality assurance should be made priority by Khan Global Studies.

One month ago I downloaded that time it was worked properly but but due to some problems I installed and downloaded again..now I’m unable to login. I tried many times….plz solve this issue as soon as possible

Fix playback speed and full screen issue

Teachers are good but app service is very bad neither i am able to increase playback speed nor i am able to full sceen my video plzz fix this

The same issue evveryone is facing till now

I saw a review addressing the same issue I am facing now the review was posted on 7th November 2023 and the response was that they had fixed the bug issue but now after 7-8 months later no bug was fixed all the students having the same problem of video player. If the quality lectures cannot be provided properly due to any technical problems after taking this much time then what is the matter of that quality lecture. If we cannot gain the knowledge the teacher wants then what will be the mean of the learning. Please take this as serious concern of the students and do whatever solutions are needed.

App doesn’t open in iphone

Hello There is a problem When i open the app there is only show white background i cant see any options this problem exist on my iphone last night please resolve this problem as soon as possible bcoz of this i m not able to see lectures of sir

App not working since yesterday

Sir my ios app is not working since last night. I have been trying to open it multiple times but it just shows black screen every time i try to open the app.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible as i have to attend my lectures.

Great prices, worst iOS application

Huge respect for Khan sir and team, but plzzzz fix this application as I am unable to study anything even after payment of Full fee because every video is buffering a lot no matter how great your internet connection is... Plz aisprents are already frustrated don't amplify it... If you can't provide services for iOS you should have clearly mentioned, I would have never switched to the iOS device, plz fix it sir... I'm unable to revise anything, I beg you🙏🏻

Full screen and download problem in IOS

Sir download option is not available in IOS version and full screen option is also not working in new lectures. Please fix it sir. Live classes are not working running sir…please do fix sir

I cannot watch lecture horizontally

As kgs app for iPad got new update before 3 month ago . After then the class couldn’t watch horizontally. Nd it’s very much disturbing. I request the team to pls fix this issue so than we can study well . Thank you

Some videos is not coming in full screen in ipad after the new update

Facing problum is some classes that they are not coming in fullscreen. It shows:- “your browser doesn’t show full screen”

Give it an update & fix the problems

Please update it as soon as possible because it doesn’t working as well as previously, videos aren’t working properly, please look into the matter

Video Lectures not working.

Undoubtedly, Khan sir is one of the best teachers in this era and this initiative to reach every corner of the nation is really amazing!
But i would like to bring the issue of app not working effectively to the notice of developers. Since i got some courses i am able to view the live lectures or the lectures that were conducted a day before or two. I am not able to access the lectures which were conducted before my joining of the batch. The issue is the videos are not playing. I tried several methods but the problem still remains. So, the team kindly fix this bug as soon as possible as those lectures are really improving to students.

Am waiting for this application on appstore over the year and I was just thinking that I didn’t want iphone just because of that but now time changes and khan sir release it on apple store am just thankful for this.

Comment Bar not visible while typing comment; comments do not reach to teacher during Live class

Kindly pay heed to the issue of “typing comments during Live class &/or otherwise as well” !

The comment bar remains invisible while iOS user type any comment in it (be it any iOS device). Please resolve this issue as we are unable to type our queries during Live class. Also, I believe that comments placed using iOS device do not reach to the concerned faculty, as they don’t even mention any such queries/comments.

Don’t know how is your last update showing that you have “fixed the comment section issue” !

Greatfull intiative for ios users.

Some of the lectures are not playing. Also comment bar is also not visible while typing.
Lecture stopped suddenly if you get message from another app or open another app. continuously reconnecting while video playing even in good network. Plz resolve the issues .
