Need an improvement
I really love using Khatabook—it’s simple, convenient, and has made managing my business accounts so much easier. But I was disappointed to see that the app isn’t optimized for iPad. I recently bought an iPad hoping for a bigger and better experience, but it just feels like a stretched mobile version. This App is most useful for the recording kirana dues as well as Daily domestic expenses. I am using this for entering my daily expenditure. It also helps one to know the events missing in a dairy since i record my day wise expenses which I used to enter XL sheet. If one enters his pay-check amount , it indicates the balance funds available for future planning in a month. I request the App developer to modify for better utilisation for every house wife / head of family . Many thanks to the Developer of this App.

Awesome app but a suggestion
It’s a wonderful app. Thank you very much for the people who works behind this. I work in Dubai & have friends in the U.S, Europe and of course in India. How can I manage transactions for multiple currencies in the same app? The currency changing option is in the settings which changes existing currency. If I paid 10 dirhms, after changing in the settings it will show as 10 rupees., which is absolutely wrong. So the way is to have an option to edit the currency for each transaction/supplier or at least per Khatabook. You may review an app named “Debts” with a green dollor icon (for each txn, there’s an option to choose the currency than default one. I thought to create different Khatabook for different currencies, but didn’t work. Otherwise, Katabook is a great app. Once again, thank you very much.

One of the easy and best apps for calculating money … Very easy and User friendly interface And a suggestion is it would be best option if the app launches or metteste payment feature like below a payment there should and intrest paid option which should not added to the whole Payment on the name of the biller but an option to the payment as intrest paid so we can easily calculate the intrests how much they paid and how much left and months .. hope the developers look in to this aspects

Superb but help with this problem pls
I tried many accounting apps but none was a match to this. Really great app for maintaining ledgers for suppliers and buyers. Very happy to use it. Only one concern, it doesn’t work without internet connectivity.
The only issue I am facing is that when I print any report, it the report is generated but then the app hangs, i cannon save/print/share that report and I have to restart the app again.. Pls help with this issue.. I am using the app on IPhone 12

Personal Banking system for childrens
I'm using it like a bank account for my children, they add virtual reward money for their every home activities and artwork. They take photos of their work and add them to the account. And later they get money from my pocket and use it for their wishlist like buying gifts, dresses and ordering food. Now they feel that they started working and getting a salary 😍. I could see how effectively they are using their earned money.

Why There is only add custom button and not supplier.
Hello, a small issue I want to draw attention to the developers, the app is great and very user friendly. But my issue is why there is only add customer button and not add supplier button, what if I want to add supplier so I understand how much payment I need to pay to my suppliers.
It makes a bit complicated when I add my supplier as a customer. If there is an option to differentiate my contacts as customer and supplier then it will be really easy to use it. I hope you would like my opinion and make further changes and improve more usability.

I am a shop owner and I have a kind of business in which we have to give product first and then we have to take money but when we are managing of books accounts in manual form then we have a kind of mistakes but when I switch to Katta book then that misty came near 20 and the profit ratio increases so I love the app I love the management and language facility of this app cause this is also available in Hinglis. I don’t wanna business but I do use this amazing app which such simple user friendly interface to keep a record of all my expenses and all my incomes from various sources. It comes in handy evenTo keep a track of my pocket money from my mother and any kind of cash that I receive or borrow from anyone.
When my friends borrow money from me, I do the entries in the app and the app remind them for the payment on the due date by itself! How cool is that! Its an app i use everyday and i am a fan of it!

Happy but seek improvements..
I have been using this product since 3 months and I become very attentive on managing my finances. Not just adding the lent money but I use it to monitor my day to day expenses here. I have monitored that approx 4k a month I have been spending on unnecessary interests.
I seek few improvements:
- It should have option to calculate particular transactions. Means, If I want to calculate something, with 3D Touch it should ask me to choose the transactions it should show total of those transaction only
- It should have section to add expense categories.. that user can create and started adding the expenses category wise on monthly basis.
- I am happy that it send reminders to friends but my friends are not taking that seriously, please get recovery companies as users too so that we can connect them and give contract.

Excellent App & easy to use UI but seeking little bit of improvement in Assamese language section
Improvement in the sense I think OTP pushed while first logging-in should come in Assamese language as many of the users here are not comfortable with the English numerical. Hope you guys will take suggestion positively as my concern here may not be feasible practically. I will tell you true review of this app, I started using this app 1.5 months ago to maintain transactions with my friends and family. But today i found out last month it deducted 1200 from my account and 100 today for no reason. even today i was sleeping when this money got deducted from my account to khatabook. i called their customer care representative and he asked me for screenshots of the payment which i gave him. Then he put me on hold saying he will connect me to payment support. But then after 2-3 minutes of hold he disconnected. After that time i tried 10 times of call. Everytime audio comes like "our all customer representatives are busy your call will
be connected soon". and this continues until i disconnect the call. They literally scammed me and i need a answer for this. I will go legal at earliest.

Good App but small bug
The Application is excellent and simple to use to maintain small business accounts and ledgers but there is a small problem while entering the value in either of the option if anyone has missed any entry in previous dates for example if I have missed an entry in the month of April and I am entering it in August with the previous date then the application should show the entry between the report instead of showing the entry in between its showing at the top as latest with the back date mentioned...one can check after downloading the report in PDF.
Hope u are understanding to the problem. And pls let me know if there is any option to download the file in Ascending order rather then descending.
