In Korean, why does the store page list this as an English app?
The app is listed as an English app. Is in korean and no option to change the language.

So you either pay through an automated ACI payment, or you have to use this app (I’ve been locked out of my Kia online account 2/3 years I’ve owned the car- and their only advice is to change the password, yet it doesn’t let you). So I decide to give the app a try, but to my surprise, it’s another language, with no option for English… in America. Not happy AT ALL.

The app is default to Korean. There is no option to change it to English.

I am a USA citizen and I want to use a English version of the the app to make my monthly payments. This app is useless to me as it is in Korean. Give us the opportunity to make a payment in English!! Selfish A-holes!!!

Even though the description of the app says it is available in English, it’s not. The pictures for the app, are valid. “Kia” is the only word readable unless you know Korean. This is not useful for English speaking groups to use for payment on a vehicle.
