In Korean, why does the store page list this as an English app?

The app is listed as an English app. Is in korean and no option to change the language.

Upset customer!

So you either pay through an automated ACI payment, or you have to use this app (I’ve been locked out of my Kia online account 2/3 years I’ve owned the car- and their only advice is to change the password, yet it doesn’t let you). So I decide to give the app a try, but to my surprise, it’s another language, with no option for English… in America. Not happy AT ALL.

The ONLY reason there is one star, is because you can’t put ZERO.

Would love to use this to pay my bill each month as an internet search said to use this application however I have zero clue what it says :( fix this so people in America can pay their bills using their debit card .
