App not working
This is the second week that the app has been inactive. You gotta fix this.

Food is Great - App is Not
As the title states, the food is wonderful; however, the app is another story. It’s bland, boring and hasn’t worked in a month or two. Is anybody working on it?

The food is great, the atmosphere is great but the app is not so great. Sometimes it works and other times it doesn’t work so well. You’re loosing money and customers bc of this set back. Fix it please
Kickback jacks
You have a new kickback jacks in Alcoa, Tn and you have not upgraded your App to include them . If your gonna have a app please be updated on all your restaurants so we can use the app or delete it .
The App is garbage
There are SO MANY options for food. The location I’m near (Alcoa), isn’t even an option on the app. We’ll spend our money elsewhere…making it harder to do business makes it easier for me to go anywhere else
Doesn’t work
There’s no way to make a profile. There’s no real content other than locations.
Terrible app
No way to register to get a username. If you go to a location there is no way to get out of it without deleting and reloading the app.
Mediocre at best app
The app is mediocre but the service and managerial response is much worse.
