Love this app. It’s the best NYC train map available.

Bought this for a recent trip to NYC and ended up using Google Maps instead. Found the app somewhat confusing to use and sometimes inaccurate. Is not useless but Google maps is 10,000 times better.

I’ve been using this for many years and it has been my go to NYC Metro app. Great design, stays up to date. Super functionality. Can’t get around without it!

Unintuitive interface
I'm just visiting NYC and maybe that's the problem, but I don't find this app to be terribly intuitive or user friendly. I wish I'd skipped it as I find myself using Citymapper or Google maps instead.

arrival times not updating
i’ll open the app, and when i click arrival times it will show the old arrival times from the last time i opened the app. this will happen three or four times until it randomly works.

I love this app, although I don‘t need ist since I don‘t live in NYC. But since I proposed to my then gf now wife in the city, I keep this app as a memento.
