A Lot Better Than I Expected!

I saw a lot of reviews and comments on the order processing and shipping speed being slow and I guess I was fortunate enough to have not experienced those delays - I placed the order on a Friday, it started shipping from Hong Kong the next Monday, and it arrived on a Wednesday. So it took 5 calendar days in total. Just a reminder that they could be super efficient at times. 👍

Order Stuck Since May 4 Due to Seller’s Missing Documentation

I ordered this item in April, and it has still not arrived. The package has been stuck in customs since May 4 because the seller failed to provide the required information to FedEx. More than a month has passed with no resolution and no meaningful updates. Customer support keeps telling me to wait instead of fixing the problem. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a product, not months of excuses. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

outrageous cancellation fee

had to cancel my order -only a couple hours after placing it- and they took a TWENTY FIVE PERCENT fee from my refund. i'd understand if the shipping process had started but man id bet the seller hadnt even taken those shoes off the shelf yet!!my order was just information on a computer somewhere and youre gonna tell me you need 25% of what i paid just "for the inconvenience"??

I had purchased from them twice before and i was pretty satisfied but this policy is so greedy and predatory i doubt id ever buy from them again. its a shame

Buyer beware before ordering.

I ordered an Essentials hoodie and sweatpants in the same size (XS). The sweatpants fit correctly, but the hoodie fit much larger. Shipping was expensive, delivery took longer than expected, and the return process includes a return shipping fee, restocking fee, and store credit instead of a refund. Overall, I was disappointed with my shopping experience and would not order again.

Be careful, this is a scam.

I paid for the sneakers a month ago, but there is still no information at all that they have even been shipped. They are not responding to my messages, there is no communication or customer support, and this is clearly not an isolated case.

Terrible All Around

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this app. In a single day, I received over 70 emails just to notify me that my order has shipped which is completely excessive.

It’s now been almost a month and I still haven’t received my shoes. The app has been showing “out for delivery” for a while now but when I check the tracking number, there’s no confirmation of delivery or estimated delivery date available.

Customer service hasn’t been helpful either. At this point, I just want to receive the order I already paid for and won’t be using this app again.

Additionally, the app sends frequent promotional notifications encouraging more purchases but doesn’t provide an option to customize notifications so I only receive updates about my order.

I’m editing to add latest update, I just disputed the charge from my bank since their customer service was no help and I’m deleting the app from my phone and never shipping with them again.

Shipping and customer service

Placed order with no problem. Got my tracking number from them. Two days later the tracking number is unavailable. Tried to contact them through the contact form and I haven’t heard anything from them yet. Order was shipped out on 3-31 from St. Louis n I’m here in Mississippi.
