Shipping is too long
Paid $35 on shipping fee and it took 3 Weeks before i got my order. The long wait was disappointing. If you are ordering, be prepared for the long wait.

I rock with em for a few pickups but they’ll advertise a shoe with minor defects. Then cancel your order , 2 for 2. Can we make it a 3rd or should I take my business elsewhere!?!?

Be aware that you could end up paying at least an extra 50% in import taxes, on top of the already expensive shipping costs and a long waiting period (up to a month).
I currently have two separate orders, shipped by different couriers from different countries, both waiting for me to pay unexpected import taxes. I placed both orders at the same time and had no idea these additional charges would apply.
Overall, it’s been nothing but a headache and definitely not worth it. I won’t be using this service again, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Ver un buen precio y ser nuevos pero al llegar resultaron ser imitation (clon) el plot del glue industrial dentro de los sneakers las sutures experts y los codigos alterados y q no coinciden en Nike
Cuando haces el recon es de Los sneakers las mas tedioso
No puede communicate con ellos no hay un numero para poder llamar y realization la queja
Y la dirección al final es hon kong lamentablemente no te dan solution rapida y al final te sientes estafado

Fake shoes
I was sold some fake shoes when I reached out I was asked to send pictures of the product when I sent the pictures they were not accepted I was then sent a link to send the pictures to a different site where I had to pay to have the shoes authenticated, which I didn’t understand so overall very dissatisfied with the site and the product I paid 400 and something dollars for the shoes altogether, including shipping

I have never written a review but kicks crew has the worst customer service. The shipping times are also insanely long so don’t use their services.
A Lot Better Than I Expected!
I saw a lot of reviews and comments on the order processing and shipping speed being slow and I guess I was fortunate enough to have not experienced those delays - I placed the order on a Friday, it started shipping from Hong Kong the next Monday, and it arrived on a Wednesday. So it took 5 calendar days in total. Just a reminder that they could be super efficient at times. 👍
