Product arrived on time and was authentic, but tracking updates were slow and confusing. Customer service could be better.
No delivery time or shipping
I had ordered my shoes August 9. With instant shipping So I paid extra. And said it was gonna be shipped by the 10th which is today but I haven’t got no estimated delivery time. No tracking Number. No nothing. No updates and looking at these reviews. Makes me think that my shoes aren’t gonna come in. Usually any other shoe app would give you the tracking number the same day but I haven’t got a single thing.

Shipping is too long
Paid $35 on shipping fee and it took 3 Weeks before i got my order. The long wait was disappointing. If you are ordering, be prepared for the long wait.

Be aware that you could end up paying at least an extra 50% in import taxes, on top of the already expensive shipping costs and a long waiting period (up to a month).
I currently have two separate orders, shipped by different couriers from different countries, both waiting for me to pay unexpected import taxes. I placed both orders at the same time and had no idea these additional charges would apply.
Overall, it’s been nothing but a headache and definitely not worth it. I won’t be using this service again, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
