Useful App

I liked the story-style content- it is very engaging..

Would not recommend

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
There is no clear or convenient way to cancel a subscription through the app. I searched throughout the app before deleting it, and there was no option to cancel or even view my subscription status. I also checked my Apple subscriptions, and it wasn’t listed there, so I believed I had simply signed up for a one-month service and deleted the app.
Instead, I was charged another $40 on the day of the renewal, which is when I realized it had been an ongoing subscription. When I contacted customer support, they refused to issue a refund.
If there had been a clear way to view my account information and cancel my subscription within the app, I would not be in this situation. Making subscription details and cancellation options difficult to find creates unnecessary frustration for customers. Whether intentional or not, it gives the impression that the process is designed to make cancellations difficult, and I don’t believe that’s a good business practice.
I hope the company improves its transparency by making subscription status, billing information, and cancellation options easily accessible within the app so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Not for older kids

This app has a 30 day guarantee. It was not beneficial for me. My daughter is 12 and this is geared toward younger children. I completed the required activities and still believe that this app does not benefit me. I have asked multiple times for a refund and I have not received the refund. Buyer beware because they don’t honor their guarantee.

Not supportive

This service offers help for a monthly fee. There is an introductory lower price for a trial period. What is not apparent is that you must then purchase “tools” in the form of booklets for every thing you want to accomplish. The service, by itself, is worthless. The service is also impossible to unsubscribe from, so far. This just adds insult to injury by further victimizing troubled parents. This app is misleading and potentially fraudulent, using a bait and switch tactic. Help yourself. Avoid this app.
