Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that the game wasn't to your liking. The app includes free content that allows users to explore its main features before making any purchases. Children can build and customize their own racing cars, use stickers and upgrades, and race on colorful tracks while developing creativity, attention, and fine motor skills. We would love to make all content available for free, but creating and maintaining games like this requires the continuous work of a talented team of developers. All purchases are optional. We also offer the Amaya Plus subscription, which provides access to more than twenty of our games. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us at support@amayasoft.com. Best regards, Emily
Can’t download anything

Hello! We’d like to clarify that entering the year of birth is only required to access the Parents section, which contains account settings, app settings, and support information. It is part of the parental control system and is not related to downloading or accessing the game content. There is no additional content that needs to be downloaded to play the game. From the main menu, simply select a car in the garage to access its customization options, where you can paint and decorate it with stickers. You can then select a track and start driving. Our team has tested the app and confirmed that these features are working correctly. If you are experiencing an issue accessing the Parents section, please make sure that your iOS is updated to the latest version, check your internet connection or try a different network, and make sure that your device has sufficient free storage. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@amayasoft.com and let us know which device you are using, your iOS version, and attach a short screen recording showing the issue. This information will help our team investigate the problem and assist you. Best regards, Emily
