As a busy parent, these tracking apps has not been given me so much peace of mind. So I got recommended to an expert in hacking via their mail at cyberexpertspy @gmail • com, with their fast service, I can see where my kids are and where they've been, and even set boundaries and alerts for their safety. Help!!
Has been a fab app and love using but today it’s stopped working and every time I try to reload the app it comes up with a time out error 1001. Can anyone help please?!

Waste of time
They’ll tell you that you’ve cancelled your subscription when you haven’t despite still receiving your money. My sons watch continuously fails to track and you end up having to uninstall and reinstall. Real time location is often delayed and inaccurate, I could go on and on....
Worst App, AVOID!!
This app and its developers are awful. Nothing but constant issues and upon reporting most recent issue was told, in an incredibly unprofessional manner that it was my sim that was faulty and didn’t even attempt to try and resolve my issue. Funny that when downloading and setting up a competitors app it worked perfectly. Save your money and choose another app!!

Hello the app is fantastic and worked, till this morning I am unable to log in to the account it says the request time out and -1001 error. Could you please help me???
Dreadfully inaccurate & dangerous
I cannot get into the app to reach technical support, says timed out or software issue 53. Tried deleting it and reinstalling and says same thing, help my daughter has it on n is far away and need to see where she is.

Poor service
I’ve bought a tracker watch for my 6 year old son and have tried to set it up through this app by putting my phone number in and waiting for the sms code but it never comes, as you can imagine my son is very disappointed and this has left my frustrated and angry, I’ve also emailed for help and advice but I have had nothing back 😡

Seems Awesome... so far!
I got the Velocity for my eight year old, who had already broken a couple of phones!
Ordered online, it arrived quickly and was easy enough to set up. I did enter the phone number wrong initially and (without me contacting them) within a couple of minutes got a message from Kidsnav tech support explaining how to resolve my mistake.
The screen is bright and responsive, the watch itself seems rugged enough to cope and seems well made.
The sound on calls is good, clear and loud and so far the gps appears pretty accurate.
The next few days will be telling, but first impressions are good and I’m a happy customer (although nowhere near as excited as he is!!!).
