Can’t get into app!
Love the concept of this app and was recommended to me by a nurse but it keeps stalling at 80% on the initial “download content” screen. I’ve tried re-downloading the app but nothing fixes it.
Good info but slow app
This app has great information and is truly a parents friend - it is good to have a trusted source to go to rather than the misinformation on Google, especially in the days of AI content. HOWEVER the forced update to ‘download content’ when you open the app is so slow. If I’m opening the app, it’s important or perhaps urgent - it shouldn’t stall and take five minutes to open.

Shows a screen that says “downloading content” every time I open it. Never finishes or opens.

Highly recommend for every parent to have on their phone for quick reference better than trusting unknown sources through Dr Google!! Many thanks for great information, recently used on a Sunday to treat my 8 year old little girl that had a mild graze albeit she was of the belief it was a major trauma requiring amputation. Mum panicked, dad administered first aid pursuant to this guide. Thank you so very much for all the work that went into this. 10 out of 5 stars
