Terrible! No stars!
I hate this app! RCH favours forcing families to use it rather than providing quality service. I’m not sure if it is a poor quality app or if it is poorly utilised by clinicians. Either way, it’s not working and is a source of endless consumer confusion and stress. The information families need is not there and what little comes through is poorly formatted and difficult to read. Information families provide RCH via the app does not reach clinicians. I wish I didn’t have to use it.

System has been down since yesterday
Please fix whatever is stopping us from logging in. The website and app for RCH PORTAL are not working. I need to access information urgently.

Needs update that doesn’t exist pls fix so we can all access important information
No update available
Unable to update the app and am locked out of both my sons accounts who have several up coming appointments including surgery. Can’t access appointment information or results. Unacceptable. 😡
App not working
Can’t log in app no longer working it keeps saying it needs an update but when you try it can’t connect to App Store.
I have deleted the app and reinstalled several times but still having the same issue. Please fix this quick!
