Terrible! No stars!
I hate this app! RCH favours forcing families to use it rather than providing quality service. I’m not sure if it is a poor quality app or if it is poorly utilised by clinicians. Either way, it’s not working and is a source of endless consumer confusion and stress. The information families need is not there and what little comes through is poorly formatted and difficult to read. Information families provide RCH via the app does not reach clinicians. I wish I didn’t have to use it.

System has been down since yesterday
Please fix whatever is stopping us from logging in. The website and app for RCH PORTAL are not working. I need to access information urgently.

Unable to update the app and am locked out of both my sons accounts who have several up coming appointments including surgery. Can’t access appointment information or results. Unacceptable. 😡

Can’t log in
Cannot log in anymore. Says needs to update yet there is no update. Please fix I have 3 kids appts I need to keep up with

I also can’t log in as it says I need to update app, then you go to update and there is nothing new to update...fix this immediately as I need to check appointments etc for my family

App not working
I’m having the same issue as everyone else in regards to the app.
If you are wanting to check your child’s information and results try the RCH child portal website, I was able to log in via the website instead of using the app

App won’t let me log in
App is saying there is an update but when I go to App Store there is no update. So why lock us out. I’m getting emails saying there is tests and reviews needed but can’t log in!

Agree from previous comment. Why need to lock user just for an updated version. Please look into it. These are critical information.
Can’t log in
At discharge nursing staff said “all future communications will be through the My RCH Portal.” What she should have added is “...which won’t let you log in.” In an anxious time after a recent discharge, I’m getting emails telling me there’s updates about our case, but I can’t log in to read them. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried logging out and logging back in. App does not work.

I’m also getting a message saying I need to download new version but there isn’t one in App Store and versions are up to date??

Cant log in!
Can’t log in, as every time I try, I keep getting a message saying the app needs to update in order to log in. I press the button to go to App Store for update and it shows a cannot connect message. When I try access it via the actual App Store button and search for it in my updates there is nothing! I have deleted and re downloaded multiple times, using different devices as well. If there is an update coming don’t lock users out! It is an important service!

Fantastic app, makes it easy to view all upcoming appointments making life a lot easier! Very pleased with this!
Terrible interface
An excellent initiative from the RCH to give patients and their families access to aspects of their medical records. However, the app itself is a terribly designed. Bad use of screen real estate, tiny fonts, colour scheme that obscures more than it highlights, almost no use of touch gestures, not even any notifications!
It would be great to be able to swipe between different test results to quickly compare (and to have option to view as graph). It would also be great to be able to configure notifications for appointments, reminders and results. At the moment, there's no notifications at all.

Also, why has this app been been given a confusingly similar title to the My RCH app?
