Misleading Charges by kids Jigsaw Puzzle game by Keiki World – Refund Request
My intention was only to subscribe to the one-month trial for approximately $10. Instead, the app charged a total of $75 through three separate transactions.
I contacted their support immediately after noticing the charges, but they replied that they could not issue a refund.
I kindly ask Apple to review this app’s subscription terms, pricing transparency, and sales practices, as they appear to be misleading and have affected many users. I also respectfully request a refund for these unintended charges.

Charged without consent
To add to all this, I went back to Keiki World and browsed through the app, and found a tab for sheets and tests. I entered it using my year of birth as it’s for parents, but when I clicked download tab, again never being prompted of any charges, so thinking it’s included, I got a $72 CAD charge!! All for 22 sheets of paper. I wasn’t sure what I’m being charged for even until I emailed the customer service. I thought I might’ve bought a yearly subscription or something, because there was no fees displayed anywhere.
