No sound

There’s no sound when keys are pressed. I have tried the iPad settings and everything else. Nothing works. How will kids enjoy music without any sound?

Misleading "Free trial"

I downloaded the Piano Kids app because it advertised a 3-day free trial. However, immediately after confirming the trial, I was charged the full annual subscription fee without receiving any trial period.

This was not what I agreed to. I only intended to try the app during the trial before deciding whether to subscribe.

I contacted the developer requesting them to cancel the subscription and issue a full refund, but no response has been received after a week.

This experience is extremely disappointing and feels misleading. I strongly advise other users to be cautious before starting the so-called free trial.

My kid is obsessed!

This app is adorable! I got it thinking my kid would mess around with it for a few minutes, but nope — they’re hooked. The little piano sounds are super cute, and they love switching between instruments and making their own songs (even if it sounds like total chaos sometimes, lol).
It’s easy enough for them to figure out without asking me every two seconds, and I don’t have to worry about weird ads popping up. Definitely a win if you just need a solid, fun app to keep your kid busy and learning at the same time!
