No sound
There’s no sound when keys are pressed. I have tried the iPad settings and everything else. Nothing works. How will kids enjoy music without any sound?
Misleading "Free trial"
I downloaded the Piano Kids app because it advertised a 3-day free trial. However, immediately after confirming the trial, I was charged the full annual subscription fee without receiving any trial period.
This was not what I agreed to. I only intended to try the app during the trial before deciding whether to subscribe.
I contacted the developer requesting them to cancel the subscription and issue a full refund, but no response has been received after a week.
This experience is extremely disappointing and feels misleading. I strongly advise other users to be cautious before starting the so-called free trial.

My kid is obsessed!
This app is adorable! I got it thinking my kid would mess around with it for a few minutes, but nope — they’re hooked. The little piano sounds are super cute, and they love switching between instruments and making their own songs (even if it sounds like total chaos sometimes, lol).
It’s easy enough for them to figure out without asking me every two seconds, and I don’t have to worry about weird ads popping up. Definitely a win if you just need a solid, fun app to keep your kid busy and learning at the same time!

A free app that’s not free
You can’t do anything in this “free” app without purchasing a subscription. If you want to charge for your app that’s fine, but don’t advertise it as free then put everything behind a paywall.

unfortunately you cannot restore your subscription on older devices. It states “no subscription found. Check if you selected the correct Apple ID”. Note that I just downloaded the app on an older device with the same Apple ID. Besides the app is great with tons of quality small apps inside. Read the review from the speech therapist. Nothing to add. PS: app was lifetime free on 2024-dec-3rd :)

As per the other users comment they’ve just done it again today. 700+ MB of Mobile Data used to download and unlock the FREE offer which Again Doesn’t Exist. Zero Ethics and another Bogus offer 😒

Panda Corner is fantastic! It combines music games with language learning in a fun, safe, and ad-free environment in a World Music perspective. Highly recommend!
Can’t use it without internet
Sometimes, traveling or just without a good signal, one can find itself without an internet access. So, as I have discovered recently, the app isn’t loading itself without the internet. And the app is for children. It should be fail proof. Also, the app is more than 500mb, so why relate on the internet? It’s a good app, but the issue is preventing me from using the app, when I would like to.

False advertising
I don’t like when apps advertise themselves as offering offering subscriptions but reneging on the promise. It doesn’t help build trust in your brand. This was advertised as a lifetime subscription through AppAdvice yet when I tried to redeem (well within the timeframe) there was no deal option
