Not enough internet restrictions
There are other websites I have concerns that my child can have access to such as Reddit and X. It is extremely easy to bypass the web restrictions. I believe there should be a way to block certain URLs if it’s possible. It’s blocks things that are listed as 18+ but a lot of the websites like these it’s as easy as clicking a button that says “I’m 18+”. I love the way you can limit apps but I wish there were more to the websites. That is where I worry about my child’s safety the most.

Приложение тупит очень сильно , разблокировать телефон ребенка можно раза с 10 , выдает ошибку регулярно , пишет что ребенок не в сети хотя он в сети , внесла роблокс в список заблокированных игр так игра все равно работает , вообщем не рекомендую

Tolle Idee, die Einschränkung der Bildschirmzeit zu überwachen. Leider stimmt die Zeit nicht annähernd. Bei einer Bildschirmzeit meines Kindes von 30 Minuten, zeigt es mir in der App nur lediglich 5 Minuten an. Somit könnte mein Kind über 5 Stunden sein Tablet nutzen bis es gesperrt wird ( bei einer eingestellten Bildschirmzeit von 1 Stunde). Somit ist die App leider nicht wirklich nützlich. Schade !!!

It say’s get five more minutes if you play a game and it does not give you time it make’s my child cry and let her uninstall the app i forgot the password so fix your app!

I purchased the annual subscription because I needed reliable parental controls, but the app’s core features simply do not work.
The Always Available Apps feature constantly tells me to update my child’s iPhone, even though it is already running the latest version of iOS. Because of this, I cannot allow essential apps like Spotify, Duolingo, or Google Maps.
Location sharing is also broken. The child’s phone is tracking its location, but the parent’s app never receives it.
I followed every troubleshooting step, contacted support multiple times, and received no actual assistance—only messages telling me to try again later because no agents were available.
Apple also denied my refund request, so now I’m locked into a 12-month subscription for an app that does not perform its advertised core functions.
If someone from Kids360 is reading this, I would genuinely appreciate your help. I don’t want a broken subscription—I want the app to work as promised. Please contact me so we can resolve these issues.

Lazy and a liar
This app is absolutely atrocious and the amount of reviews that are negative is crazy. I had to move on to the parent app because the developer is too lazy to reply to the kids reviews when I thought it was an app ‘that kids enjoy’ so it would make sense to do what the kids want right? Wrong, completely wrong. Speaking of the reviews, on their website, and if you scroll at the bottom you will see fake reviews. That’s right! Fake reviews and I’m sure I am correct because first I have not seen these reviews on the App Store (in fact I haven’t seen any positive ones) and the website reviews are always satisfied with this and is always saying the same thing but with different wording. According to other parents I have heard that you can not connect your phone with your child’s. So in conclusion, do not waste your time on this heck of an app and actually spend your time looking for an actual working, professional app instead of this useless bootleg.
And the cherry on top they don’t do refunds because they can’t bother to give you back your hard earned money that was sadly wasted on this lazy app. Do not get this app.

Of all the websites, if allows this cesspool of a social media platform through on safari. There should be a way to block everything, system apps or not. Renders this app useless in my eyes. Won’t be renewing subscription.

School arrival alerts
for school kids, it' just perfect!, loved the child' geolocation, and teh fact that we get notifications when the child arrives at school! no need to constantly call andd distract them from lesssons...! the price is totally justified, for such great features

If I could give no stars I would. App stopped working. I had paid for a 12 month subscription. Apple won’t refund me my 79.99 even though app doesn’t work. Froze. Couldn’t connect to my kids phone. Terrible. Went to chat support on here, doesn’t work. Awful.

Не покупайте! Не ведитесь на высокие оценки! Работать будет далеко не на всех андройдах! В Описании много обещаний но оно не работает! даже с помощью службы поддержки геолокация не заработала, права у приложения постоянно слетают, за неделю постоянных настроек я обращался в службу поддержки раз 10 и проблему решить не удалось. в возврате средств годовой подписки отказали. Это зря потраченные деньги, выброшенные на ветер, почти 80$. Очень обидно. Отменяю подписку, хочу что бы таких производителей софта было поменьше.

Приложение не работает корректно, геолокация не работает , за что списали деньги не понятно 🥺, даже после обновления ничего не меняется. Разаод на деньги

Ужасное приложение
Мало того, что работает через раз, а сейчас вообще не загружается, так еще и деньги списывают незаконно, сохраняя вашу карту. Я не давала согласия на автопродление, но здесь это никого не волнует. Просто за воздух списали. В службе поддержки роботы или делают вид, что роботы. Буду писать жалобу.
