Disappointing
Works great as a phone but tracking technology is terrible
Just not useful
I never write reviews but for this I want to help as many parents decide what product to get…
I’ve owned the watch and used the app for over 6 months at time of writing this.
So I got this because I was already paying for a SIM card so for full transparency, I’m not using the “recommended” provider sim, that said, I doubt it would make any difference as it’s a sim on the three network (best coverage of any network in my area) that I am using and in a phone works perfectly but in the watch, gps tracking is completely useless. I don’t know if the tracking only updates every ten minutes or what but I got this watch and app mainly to track my daughter on the bus home so I’d know when I’d need to leave the office or house to meet her at the bus stop - it’s never been accurate enough to rely on and I am still leaving the house or office to arrive at the bus stop for the busses earliest arrival time which means sometimes waiting at the bus stop for 30 minutes.
When tracking, there are two views, a window on the main screen of the app and when you tap that it opens the map as full screen with more options, neither are accurate and neither update even when refreshing
Of late (and why I decided to write the review) the app keeps logging me out and will not let me log back in, I have to delete and re-download the app and even then it’s temperamental at best.
Because the tracking doesn’t work at all, we don’t really use the watch as much as expected and so I would conclude that it’s probably a bit of a waste of money, I’d have been better off with an air tag or spend more on something better.

Very poor performance
Unable to sign into app.
Password reset doesn’t work.
Constant emails back & forth from company asking to reset password - still can’t sign in.
Will return watch for refund.

Contact in app not opening
Have high hopes, at first few weeks the watch stop charging, not turning on at all, they managed to changed it but obviously I have to pay return, now after few months the contact in app is not opening hence my son can’t call me and his dad. It’s disappointing, we bought this for the very reason, for any emergency my son struggled to contact us.

Unreliable
The app only works intermittently and the support is very poor.
Not working
It was working fine at the beginning but recently it began to have many issues! I was not able to make a video call and now I don’t even get any notifications at all when I receive a voice message!
Not as great as I thought
Had high hopes for this product but everything that I want to work, doesn’t. GPS is never accurate. Says my child is on the busy motorway today. Which made me panic and phone them. They were no where near the motorway and only round the corner, thankfully. The message system never works unless at home which just seems pointless. The only thing that works is being able to phone each other.

Stopped working
Used to be good - a little delay on GPS but now the video calls feature won’t work. Very frustrating.
Was good. Now nothing works
So frustrating. It’s close to being good. GPS can be erratic. Right one day, off my a mile the next.
Messaging, sometimes you get the message. Most of the time you don’t.
Would t recommend this product.

No longer shows messages
Everything worked fine for a while, then I stopped seeing new messages from my child in the app. I still get notifications that they have sent me something, but the chat feeds never update. Reinstalling doesn’t work, resetting the watch doesn’t work. The whole app is a terrible experience attached to what is otherwise a pretty decent device

Don’t bother
I’d had high hope for this product, unfortunately it’s really not worth the money or effort, if you was in a situation where you really needed to find your child you could find your self in a world of pain,
App keeps failing
Frequently get “login timed out, please try again later” messages and unable to look at received messages. Frequently unable to check location or update contacts as claiming that device is off, even though I’m able to call fine, device network & GPS are clearly on & working. Worried about what will happen in an emergency when this is the case. So much potential yet app is failing.

So far not great...
The app stopped working and it says try again in 11 hours, so we can’t use it all weekend as it’s only supported Monday to Friday 9-5!?
