No longer works
Since the new app came out, there’s no information under my account. Not even a child registered let alone their progress that we could see just yesterday. This program is less worth it by the week.
Worst app I’ve ever tried to use
This app force closes multiple times every single time I use it. We pay a lot of money for this and you can’t have a decent app?? Get it together kid strong
Great Place
Love this place! All the coaches are great, and my son loves it!
After update app stopped working
When first downloaded it worked fine. Then I did an update and it hasn’t worked since. I deleted and opened again it worked once but continues to crash. I think I lost some moment phots too. Disappointed.
New update makes my app crash
We love KidStrong and the app is so cool. Usually. But this morning it told me to Update the App. As soon as I did, the app crashed. And now every time I try to open it, it loads the KidStrong logo and then crashes again.
Updating password
I was provided with a temporary password when I downloaded the app and was able to login. I tried to change the password through settings and selected from the options provided but then it redirects me to a web-based chat box with no option to select to change my password. I can only select from the list of options the chat box provides leaving me with no other options. To make matters even worse, the chat box won’t allow me to type in the request in the message field. It only allows me to select from the options provided. How has no one addressed this yet?

Does not work with the updated ios17.1
Icons just spin. Very frustrating. I can’t even check in to class.
App is awful
Love the company and my kid loves the classes, but this app is awful. Its slow, rarely works, and logs out frequently. The last one wouldn't be so problematic and honestly I could handle it being slow if they had a normal login process rather than an email code every time as that makes a shared family account difficult and annoying.

Kid Strong is awesome, but the app lags
We love Kid Strong, but sometimes the app takes forever to load and the check-in function does not work. They always check us in when we get to class though!
Great App and place
We love KidStrong. It has been an excellent place for our girl to grow, learn and gain confidence. The app is great for parents and keeps track of their milestones perfectly.
Good app
The app does a good job of tracking the kids’ progress. It also has uploaded pictures of the kids in class, which are good for when you can’t get any yourself.
Amazing
Kidstrong has challenged my daughter in so many ways. She has become more confident, brave, better at communication, and made many new friends.

Love Kidstrong
My daughter joined Kidstrong 3 months ago and she was a very shy 2 year old. She had a hard time making friends and ever since she has joined she has changed so much. She is more open to making friends and playing with other kids. She has learned lots of sign language and is learning to make conversation by asking your name and shaking hands. She also learned she has great grip strength and loves hanging and swinging on the monkey bars. I recommend Kidstrong 100% . She absolutely loves her coaches and classes and is happy every time we put on her shirt because she knows it’s class day.
The app itself is great. Sometimes it does glitch and not let me check in or it erases the logged performance but I just resubmit and then it’s fine.

Terrible communication
I have emailed, texted and called since July 26th to cancel our membership. I even spoke to someone in person who said he couldn’t show me the actual email, but he was sure they were processing it. They never respond to anything. I am so fed up, I will be contacting the BBB with all of my evidence in 24 hours.

Good app, keep improving!
I love the improvements so far...however I just ran into an issue where the app crashes as I scroll through the Moments section.
This app is useless and need to integrate zen planner in to this
The medals, challenges are so confusing that one needs a chest sheet to understand.
Second, I can’t understand why this app cannot be used to schedule or sign up for flex classes. It’s makes zero common sense to have parent go to zen planner app to sign up for classes and come to this app to look at “challenges”. This app is kind of zero value add.
I wish they keep one app to schedule classes and for challenges with medals and keep it simple. They over complicate for no reason.

Challenges
Please distribute the points equally for challenges. Last week we had the opportunity to do one of the larger challenges and my kid got silver right away. Then we did a couple of the smaller challenges and it it didn’t earn her anything. However in class she did not get recognized. Her heart was broken as there was no acknowledgement that she had made progress.
It’s great we can rate the class bout would like to be able to submit verbal feedback for coaches and class.
Also, would love to be able to provide positive feedback to other kids in her class. A way to use the app for group encouragement

Love it!
The app is such an overall improvement method for information and we love having all of the KS photos in one spot :) Thankful for this awesome initiative!
