I have deleted and reinstalled this app multiple times and it will not update to the current week for me to pay tuition. It shows that I have a payment due but stops at December. Beyond frustrating!
No information loads
I can only see the newsletter. There is no help feature and no way to reach out for updating. The idea of this App is great but the loading symbol on the important data is frustrating.
White screen
So I just downloaded this app because my daycare switched from leche cubby to this and the app will not open I just get a white screen I have restarted and retried several times. Not a fan at all!
