Notification
Like another review…why won’t the red notification go away?! It’s so annoying. Please fix this! I don’t have any notifications…school has been out for the summer for weeks and I have made sure I’ve opened and read all notifications. It’s been there for months!!!

Please check your code to ensure when the app is open and the item is clicked on that the notification goes away. I hate having notifications stay around after opening an app
Glitch
Every time my son gets awarded a point with a comment the notification bubble doesn’t go away for over 24 hours even after I open and close the app and read the comment with the point. This also happens every so often with messages from the teacher. The red notification telling me I have something to read on the app shows up and stays there even after opening the message and refreshing. Sometimes a few hours sometimes a few days.

Randomly removed
One of my children was randomly removed from my app and it won’t add them back. Even when using the QR code issued by the school. It does no good to call the support line they just tell you to call the school.
Issues since I downloaded the app
The notification badge doesn’t remove itself after viewing and refreshing the account. Very annoying.
