Pointless
Yeah, wow. Don’t know who made the decision to switch from perfectly usable app to this one, but it was a terrible choice. Tried logging in, but clicking anything in my account takes me to a login page again. Can’t see my order history, account details, nothing. It also says I have zero reward points (when I have over 300) and again, if I click on the reward section, it just asks me to login again.

Great clothes, awful app, no way to purchase in US anymore
I love Killstar's clothing. I want to start out by saying that, because I've purchased their clothes for years and have always been very happy with the quality. That's why they get an extra star on this review.
This app is useless right now, if you don't live in Europe. I have no idea why they decided to make an entirely new app instead of just updating the UI of the old one. Everything on my wish list is gone. The only countries you can choose for shipping are in Europe. So that means everyone elsewhere is SOL if you wanna purchase through the app. I'll happily fix my review when they fix the app. But untill then... Just buy on the website. You can actually checkout. Though, they don't sync up wish lists with the app and the webstore, so... Those are gone. :(

Doesn’t work
You can’t change the currency or get anything shipped to the US. I also can’t see any of my order history or saved favorites. I miss when they had a bunch of homeware decor too :/
Worse
This new app update is way worse you can’t even search for anything you click it and it just takes you to what’s new.
New app
Went to use the app to realise that there is a new one so I downloaded the new one, and logged in and all the items in my wish list gone! I cannot view my orders and it doesn’t look like they have the UK as currency. It’s not a great app and I wonder why they decided to change it when it was fine the way it was. I was able to see my orders and wish list, and now I don’t like the layout it’s too small and has graded out parts which is not good for people who have sight issues- or who cannot see much on white screens. It’s not user friendly so I’m disappointed really. If I do decide to purchase anything, I think I might just go on Google and access the website that way.

No USA orders anymore?
As others have stated, in the new Killstar app, there's no option for USA in the countries' list, no option to see things in USD$. Also lost my points and my wishlist. Killstar has been going downhill for a few years now, and this just cemented my decision to delete the app altogether. I'll buy from Midnight Hour's app, thanks.

Why did you do this???
So you force people from the US to use the global app but we can’t add a US address, can’t see things in US currency and can’t see our points or recent orders? WHO approved this?? I was going to try to shop the sale because I shop with KILLSTAR maybe once a year but this would have been twice. Instead I can’t even see how much it would be or ship it here! Either bring back the US app or fix this nightmare!!!

Not a good app
I can’t access any discounts as promised on the website. I put things in my basket, they stay in euros and then when I try to order it tells me nothing can be delivered to my address. I’ll stick with the website.
Forced onto new app?
I don’t understand the purpose of switching the app and forcing users onto the new one especially when the new one doesn’t work properly. Half the time I’m just met with a black screen and the shop doesn’t load at all. Nothing is saved in my account, I can’t put my address in (uk isn’t in the countries list) and all the prices are in euros? I’m fine with changing things up, but there is literally no use for this app, I can’t shop, and there is no point in keeping it. Oh well!

Can’t redeem points
I can’t seem to redeem my points when I try to check out! I have around 700 last time I checked. I don’t know why you decided to switch to a new app when the original one worked just fine.
Forced to move to new app, all my orders and points etc disappeared
Keep having to log in, same email as all previous orders on old app etc. No orders, no points etc.
Not user friendly
The whole site just seems jumbled. I’m not happy with the layout either. Haven’t ordered yet but I did have the US option. Some reviews say otherwise. Meh.

Needs a TON OF WORK
The development team should not have approve the launch of this app and totally shut down the old one. It doesn’t show order history, rewards, and I can’t seem to change the currency to USD. I can’t even use the website on mobile because it just re-directs to the app which is kinda useless right now in my opinion. You guys are for sure losing business. 🤷🏻♀️

Nothing from the old app was transferred to the new app
All the clothes I had in my wishlist is gone, I have no points. I’m happy I haven’t bought anything recently because other people can’t even access their orders. What really annoys me is the US app won’t allow in, so I can find all the clothes I saved for later. Y’all should warned people before making the switch so they can spend their points or remember what they saved. Also a certain blouse I’ve been eyeing on was only available in the UK now that we has “worldwide” the shirt is still unavailable. If yall was wondering, it was the lyricore red blouse

0 points, no addresses and apparently no orders. The new app is obviously not working! Not going to bother ordering now. Needs to be fixed ASAP.

much easier to shop on & love the additions, there were issues when I downloaded with my loyalty points but that has now been fixed, country was set incorrectly my fault, app works brilliantly now
