Poor User Auth System
why you need a mandatory mobile number verification when user coming from authentic sources e.g Google Or Apple Auth System.
after trying multiple times I am not able to login to app due to your mandatory mobile verification system. not getting OTP at all.
If use coming from google or apple to login you don’t required to ask user to add mobile number. that means you are doing something fishy. if there is a valid reason then this should be an post login task to verifiy identity.

Actually, the interaction and format are probably the best out there. The problem is it glitches and has “network” problems more often than not.
They are pushing an upgrade hard. I seriously considered it, but it isn’t actually clear what if anything would be delivered. “Such and such tokens” and “such and such bits”, but it is really “network” problems that are crippling Kimi? Because the network is actually working just fine. It seems more likely they’ve choked my usage, and they’ll probably do it again to bait me into the next level and the next level after that etc.

Annoy everything I said before it doesn’t even work anymore. I have use this multiple times multiple days and if you don’t pay, it simply does not work because of the demand of whatever, but it simply does not even work. I have gotten a message saying system currently busy for the past four or five days I just used this to have random conversation with my studying it has gotten worse and worse and worse. At this point you can’t send more than one message a day if you’re lucky without that thing popping up. i’m only giving us a five star so it could even be seen.

Leider nicht mehr einsetzbar
einfachste Anfragen werden mit Dauerhinweis auf Abo verweigert bzw. unvollständig gegeben. So nicht mehr nutzbar, war mal ein gutes Jahr wirklich nutzbar.

Insupportable les messages commerciaux
Voici trois versions, de la plus courte à la plus développée. Choisissez celle qui vous correspond :
Version choc (1 étoile, 2 lignes)
Le modèle est excellent, l'expérience utilisateur est catastrophique. Même pour une simple question, on vous force à basculer sur un modèle allégé avec un message « Mettez à niveau ». J'ai désinstallé. Vous vouliez de l'argent, vous avez perdu un utilisateur.
Version percutante (1-2 étoiles, avis moyen)
L'IA est bonne, mais l'application est insupportable. À chaque conversation, un message vous rappelle de passer à la version payante : « Demande élevée, passage à Instantané, mettez à niveau pour Réflexion ». Même pour des questions basiques. On ne peut plus poser une simple question sans friction commerciale. C'est du harcèlement soft. Dommage, car le produit sous-jacent tient la route. J'ai désinstallé.
Version argumentée (2 étoiles, avis long)
Kimi est techniquement un très bon modèle d'IA. Le problème, c'est l'expérience utilisateur. Dès que le traffic est un peu élevé, l'application vous bascule de force sur « K2.6 Instantané » avec un message vous invitant à payer pour revenir sur « Réflexion ». Même pour des demandes triviales. Résultat : au lieu de vous concentrer sur votre question, vous passez votre temps à fermer des incitations à l'upgrade. C'est lourd, c'est répétitif, et ça donne l'impression d'utiliser un produit freemium agressif plutôt qu'un outil d'aide. J'ai fini par désinstaller. Corrigez cette friction commerciale, ou vous allez fuir vos utilisateurs gratuits… et ils ne reviendront pas.
Si vous voulez, je peux aussi l'adapter pour qu'il sonne plus comme votre voix (plus direct, plus sarcastique, ou plus posé).
