Haven’t Used In Months & Today Got Billed.
Besides the pointless and questionable credits use and fair to say I feel most developers make their AI Agent dumb or create more errors on purpose due to then having to move to higher tier and still have to buy additional credits in order to be able to your own project and work and try to do a whole new audit on another platform with another AI where this AI made so many common sense mistakes that either way it’s frustrating.

젠스파크를 사용하면서 가장 높게 평가하고 싶은 부분은 신뢰도입니다.

특히 필요한 정보를 웹에서 찾아 정리하는 리서치 기능뿐만 아니라, AI Slides에서는 생성된 내용의 사실·수치·출처·계산을 다시 검증하고 참조 링크까지 확인할 수 있다는 점이 좋았습니다. 중요한 보고서나 발표자료를 만들 때 AI의 답변을 그대로 믿기보다는 한 번 더 확인할 수 있다는 점에서 신뢰도가 높다고 느꼈습니다.
개인적으로는 젠스파크의 가장 큰 장점이 ‘답변을 주는 AI’에서 ‘실제 일을 완성해주는 AI’로 확장된 점이라고 생각합니다.특히 리서치나 업무자료를 만들 때 중요한 것은 빠른 결과뿐만 아니라 어디서 나온 정보인지 확인할 수 있고, 결과물을 다시 검증할 수 있는가인데, 이런 부분에서 신뢰성을 높게 평가하고 싶습니다.
AI를 단순한 검색 도구가 아니라 리서치부터 결과물 제작까지 함께하는 작업 파트너로 활용하고 싶은 사람에게 특히 유용한 서비스라고 생각합니다.
