This app has a one-star rating overall for a good reason. It simply doesn’t work. For a hospital app-this might be good for business, but, not in the conventional sense. User will be driven mad by attempting to use this. Good business for psychiatry.

If you start something new, try to do it properly or else don’t bring things like this …. Not working even if it is working full of lags and glitches
Difficult to open the App
I have been using the app for a couple of years, but for the last few months, I couldn’t open it. Hope this will be looked into.
Totally unprofessional application
Before the latest update of the app it was working good on my iPhone. But now the app doesn’t work for last 12 days. Repeatedly requested help centre to rectify the problem. No body bothers.

Disgraceful
Worst app for a hospital of such a prestigious name. After entering the mobile number and MRN, there is no option to enter the OTP. After some time, the app crashes on its own without any user action. This is unacceptable. You should be ashamed that even a basic mobile application is not functioning properly. While the world is moving rapidly towards complete digitalization, you are struggling to run a simple mobile app.

Unable to register
Installed app, entered location, mobile number , mr no. On clicking terms and conditions nothing is opening. When clicked on proceed, page to fill otp is not appearing.

I am experiencing a persistent and critical issue with the app. After updating my details and phone number, I successfully receive the One-Time Password (OTP). However, upon entering the OTP, the verification page fails to redirect to the next screen and becomes stuck. Does not work in iPhone
I’ve been using this app since it had been launched and for the past few months it has stopped working on iPhone. I have no idea why it’s still in the AppStore.
Very poor design and not user friendly since recently
The app does not work at all now. I recently downloaded this again and since then the app is having issues. When I register it the OTP sms arrives but the app gets stuck and I am unable to enter the OTP
App not working
This app was extremely helpful but since the last one month I’m not able to log in . It just stays frozen at the sign in page and I’m unable to sign in with otp that’s been sent.
Very useful app, but need to be updated
The app is very useful to track appointments for multiple patients. I use it extensively for managing appointments for my parents and also to check on lab/radiology reports, medicine prescriptions, etc.
Recently the app has stopped working in iOS 26 devices. Tried to reinstall the app, and the UI won’t even allow to sign in.
KIMS IT team should look into this issue as soon as possible. Likewise, if the UI can be improved to properly display lab reports, etc., that will be great.

Not properly functioning in iOS
App is not properly functioning in iOS 26.0(15 pro). Unresponsive UI, not able to select any options. Tried to reinstall and login again. Clicked on proceed after entering mobile number and mr no. Received OTP, but screen UI was not showing next page to enter the OTP.
Painful Experience
Application doesn’t open and if it opens, doesn’t let you log in. Sometime it just go, crashing and remains unavailable during times which we need it.
Not working on iPhone 17
Not working on iPhone 17 Pro. It’s stuck on home page and when reinstalled, It is stuck at registration screen. Old iPhone also has problem on dark mode where text doesn’t appear in white. Please fix ASAP

It’s been a while that this problem exists.. the app itself is not very user friendly. It would be a great addition to a good hospital if the app is remade.
Atleast the main problem is everytime I need to use the app I need to change my settings to light mode to read texts in the app

Very bad service
Hospital staffs will force us to install this app and say everything will be updated here , All reports and data’s. But in my experience even after one week of discharge they haven’t uploaded my discharge summary which is very important after a surgery. Whenever I called their response was like ‘May be some problem with their IT department which is not patient’s headache.
So I personally feel this app is just useless.

Very good app
The app is very useful in booking doctor appointments. Could pay for appointments and gives us a notification if our token is called. Also could download all reports etc. Thanks Kims for launching this app. Very helpful
