Nice Adaptation
This is a clever adaptation of an ancient numbers game (Nim). You can beat King Nim every time if you know what to do. I've taught my boys to beat him. The screen orientation doesn't change to landscape view and I wish it would, on my ipad.

I don't understand why the other reviewers consider it impossible to win this game.

A little thinking reveals that you should just let King Nim start and when it's your turn you count to a multiple of 3 (which is always possible). Easy. Too easy in fact.

Bad game
The game is gridded for the player to always lose
No nim!
There is a flaw with the programming, when Nim has chosen 15, you can either pick 16 or 17/18 but in reality its 16/17. It adjusts the number so you can't win. Very frustrating for my class of 9 year old mathematicians!
