DO NOT MAKE IN GAME PURCHASES
I recently made a in game purchase for a top tier ship. My money was taken from my account but have never received my purchased item. I have sent MULTIPLE (more than 10) messages through the in game contact but have yet to receive any response, a refund or the item I purchased.
Hopefully one of the developers will see this. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY OR PROVIDE ME WITH WHAT I PURCHASED.

Where are my purchases?
Every time I make an in-game purchase the transaction goes through but I don’t get the purchase. It’s like the game doesn’t know I bought something. Please fix this.

It takes half an hour for purchases of gold to show up in the hame. Its really frustrating when its a pay-to-win game and you can’t get what you bought

Don’t make any purchases and your wallet will thank you. None of the things you buy will reward you with anything. I made a couple purchases and never received what I paid for.

This game is so fun I play this game every day it free to play no subscription if there is a op boat that cost money it’s like 5 bucks that’s cheaper than other game I have played

I purchased the flying dutchman special offer $49.99 twice and I havent recieved it. The first time i thought the payment didnt go through so purchased again. I tried restore purchase after each purchase nothing happens. I was charged both times.

I love this game so much that I literally have nothing bad to say about it there are NO ads and it’s a great way to relax after a long and stressful day

Le jeu est prometteur avec de supers graphiques et beaucoup de choix de bateaux, je mettrai sûrement 5 étoiles quand j’aurai eu une réponse à ma requête car j’ai payé un abonnement 5,99 mais il ne s’est rien passé et pourtant j’ai été facturé… bref mise à part cet incident qui je l’espère sera réglé le jeu est top !
Idée : développer un genre de port oú l’on choisirait sa capitale, que l’on pourrait personnaliser (un peu comme AOE 3) avec la possibilité de craft des kits

I really recommend this game, brilliant graphics, I like the style on it, gorgeous ships, it’s PvP! They’re the best games, I love them. Only thing is, I wish you could select a group of people to battle with. But overall it’s brilliant!! Truly recommended. 🙂↕️

The game play is good but I attempted to buy quite a few things. I didn’t receive them and a few I attempted several times. I was then charged over $35 and still didn’t get the items. The game is a scam, avoid.
