Definitely the best molecule maker that I’ve seen on the App Store in a while. It lets you use any element, use positive and negative charges, and even name custom molecules that don’t exist in pubchem library! Would recommend to… everyone 😃
Problem with saving as a file
I tried to save the file in my ICloud but it keep saying that Network connection failed, Although My connection is okay. Also before that, it kept saying OSS key access you provided is not enabled or something like that.
Ridiculous
Long time ChemDraw user and thought I would try something free. This is horrible. Not intuitive at all. Just terrible to use. Don’t waste your time

Really useful for Organic Chemistry
Great alternative for ChemDraw and works on iPad. Totally love it! It would be nice if it could predict proton and carbon-13 NMR peaks.

Doesn't recognize inorganic structures or do calculations
This app is rather unique in what I've found because it allows structure drawing.
However, it would be more powerful if it allowed to calculate molecular weights and could serve as a structure repository for projects.
If it did these things I'd pay the steep subscription price for storage.

KingDraw is mainly used in the field of organic chemistry. And we supports the calculation of chemical properties, which can be found in the toolbar below the artboard.

Liars
They recently pulled the number of free saves down to zero so you cannot even delete files in order to add new ones. Won’t save or export at all without mightily expanding expensive subscription. Can’t use it any more free.
(Still) a keylogger
KingDraw said they support the copying of drawing content to other software, so they need the copy permission. Here’s why that’s a load of fertilizer: (1) There is still NEVER an excuse to continually ask permission after a user had denied it. (2) The copy permission is for when an app DIRECTLY accessed the clipboard. It does not affect the use of the paste button in iOS’s textual context menu. It also doesn’t affect the paste buttons made with the UIPasteControl framework.
Update: Great idea, deny the permission. I would do that, but this app asks for permission over and over and over again after I’ve denied it.

You can turn off the relevant permission request by going to "Settings→KingDraw→Paste from other apps→Deny" in your phone, but with this setting you can't open KingDraw files through the sharing link.
Bitwarden ISSUE
This app insists on obtaining paste access form Bitwarden (password vault) in order to proceed. This is highly suspicious and an app should not need to paste from your passwords! Please fix!
Premium really?
I have enjoyed using this app in order to create problems for teaching, but now it requires you to get premium to have storage. I thought deleting some of my past files would clear some space, but now it wants me to buy the premium. It’s a great app, but now that there is a subscription, like many things recently, it’s not worth the price.

Just needs customisation options
Great app, but from what I’m aware of, you’re unable to customise the layout of the icons which can make working with it time consuming.

Love using this when I’m tutoring organic chem I — sometimes my naming is a bit rusty, we can’t understand the key a professor gives, or we want to double check ourselves when we name a compound or assign its stereochemistry; this is great for all of those things! Highly recommend, is a great free app!
