I’ve lived on wharfdale road for 35 years yet the app doesn’t recognise my address as “King’s Cross” - the only addresses recognised as local are on the regenerated site.
No exact address for residents
Tried to register as a resident, but couldn’t find the wing of the apartment ArtHouse where my room is.

A year on from the last review to the same effect, still seems to be impossible to register as a resident so can’t access the information in the app. Have uninstalled.

Not up to date for lockdown
The King's Cross website says "download the app and get the latest store opening information",
and yet the app doesn't actually show which stores are open post-lockdown.
It still has all the pre-lockdown opening times, and even lists places that are currently not open.
If you're looking for accurate, up-to-date information, you won't find it here.

Cannot register
Error code keeps come up saying some error - local not set up properly. Error code 746898. Rubbish.

I’ve inputted all info but the app sticks once both passwords are entered. It won’t let me progress.
I have tried clicking on the policies but they don’t appear so it’s not possible to click “agree” or check the box
