My supermarket

King’s has the freshest produce and mats. Its deli section is unraveled and its pastries are world class. I always look forward to shopping there and delighting my family when I bring King’s products home.

Good app for Kings Supermarkets. Gain points while you shop. Needs updates and needs games to play on app to also accumulate points.

Digital coupons

Good app, but wish it had a “clip all” option for the coupons, instead of having to scroll and clip each one. It takes too long and gets annoying.

Please work on this app

We get all these updates, now with AI help to buy groceries, etc., and 75% of the time, I can't even get the app to just open. It just freezes on the home screen, and then closes out. Why can't they just focus on the functionality of the app, rather than adding all these features that 99% of shoppers don't even use or need. It's mind-boggling.

Never works!

The app never works. I gave up because it feels like a scam. This is another reason why I stop going to Kings. Rather go to Whole Foods.

Useless…

Deleted original app and installed the supposedly updated one. As happened with the original, I entered my cell phone # to log in and got the message that my account was locked due to too many attempts to log in. It truly is a useless app. If I intend to purchase anything that is digitally on sale, I take the item to the courtesy counter and have them check it out for me. Note to Albertson's, Kings shoppers expect something better…get with the program guys.

Kings Bedminster is my favorite grocery store. Great selection of food and is always clean with the best presentation. Employees are always pleasant and helpful. Always perfect

I also like all the employees. Each one will always help me or answer my questions. I really like doing all my food shopping there.

App stops working weekly

For the first few months the app worked fine. Now every week I keep getting the circle of doom. In order for the app to work I have to delete then redownload. I tried telling the store manager, but they response is that it’s my phone. No, not my phone. I have many apps and this is the only one that it happens to.
