Update: I can’t believe this app hasn’t been fixed yet. I still can’t use the app to setup auto pay or even make a payment. I now have to call and use the manual payment system. Again, the old auto pay worked fine for years. Fail!

This app it glitchy and functions poorly. I can’t even pay my bill which is now late because of this change. My old auto pay had been working well for years. This app is junk.

Amateur Hour

Nearly impossible to setup a new online account via the app. Once you manage to get past that hurdle, no way to pay via the app. Completely useless and a waste of time. Needs major improvement.
