Worse app ever
Your newest app was the worst. I had signed up and successfully bought comics. Then several weeks later, I tried to sign in. Your newest app refused to let me in. I used forgot password, entered OTP 8 times, and nothing works. Your old app worked pretty good and I had over 10 comics in that old app. I wasted my money in this newest app. I feel that you’re blocking people from hearing and learning God’s Words when you no longer allow downloading comics. God’s Words is freely given while you forced us to repurchase your comics from old app to new app. I lost everything from Kingstone app.

Still can’t read the first book
I’ve sent an email and made numerous attempts to reach out to notify you that I cannot read the very first book in the beginning because it’s a bunch of blank pages and I’ve already paid for it. What are you guys going to do about it?

I purchased Kingstone comics about 4 years ago. The comics included print and digital. The digital comics were for view-only access on their website. Kingstone discontinued the digital access. When I asked customer service about it; they told me to buy the comics again from this app. My warning to you: If you buy a comic from Kingstone, there is not guarantee that you will have access for life.

New app is awesome!
Can’t say enough good things about the new 2024 app. Very pleased with the entire user experience and finally great access to Kingstone incredible content.
