This app sucks
I hate to give this app even one star because it deserves a -100. It is not at all user friendly. I can’t link my account and my husbands like the previous app, I can’t see a list of my prescriptions and when I search for prescriptions I’ve filled this year I get nothing when I clearly have filled 10. What gives Kinney Drug? Do you have a novice programmer? Please return to the old app!

I cant excess the medical expense report anymore takes forever to load fix this or just bring back the old app that worked this is just a big mess FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!and i give zero stars not even worth one star!!
DOES NOT WORK
This is beyond ridiculous. Why would anyone completely disable an app associated with HEALTHCARE, and leave its customers helpless? This app wouldn’t let me log in, wouldn’t let me change my password, wouldn’t let me re-register. Pages loop back to themselves. I have zero clue about prescription status. None.

Horrible App
The old app sucked and somehow they’ve found a way to make an even worse one. Times out repeatedly. Unusable. Walgreens here I come. Good riddance.
Completely unusable
Old app is disable and the new one is completely non functioning. Can’t even get past the verification process :(
Wish I could give it zero stars
You discontinued a perfectly functional app, not the greatest but got the job done, and replaced it with one that I can’t even link my prescriptions to. Really bad form to launch an app that doesn’t work. Thanks for making my life more difficult.
Worst Choice
This app is a huge downgrade. It’s harder to navigate, less-user friendly, requires 2 factor authentication (annoying), and doesn’t even have a simple place to log my current prescriptions. Instead, I have to manually type the numbers to get a refill rather than clicking the script and hitting “refill”— I might as well just go to the store and wait in person. The old app was straightforward and convenient. I wasn’t even informed the old app would be taken down! Very disappointing update.
