Unusable

Cannot get past validation step. Never received confirmation code via SMS to my US number.

know before you go...

I read the reviews for this app, but no other choice with Hertz and they don't let you know in advance. We were renting a car in Corsica and you have to have a French phone number to register. That is a real problem and I didn't know if we would need it on site. I got a friend to use their French phone number to register with the rest of the information my own. You don't need it again, just for registering for some reason. It really made everything easy once you got there. I thought no one would be on sight and I was nervous, BUT, they had staff and in 5 minutes we drove out. It is work ahead of time but it paid off at the time of the rental. They really need to give more direction!! The Hertz staff in Corsica was professional and helpful and we had an awesome trip!!

Is this an app that had ever been tested!

Hertz should stop doing business with this company. There app is unuseable you cannot get passed the verification step.

Useless

Can’t get beyond first step. Does not send sms confirmation to my UK phone so cannot use. No response from customer services either. Worse than useless and a waste of time.

Never got a confirmation pin - couldn’t set up. This is bad.
