I read the reviews for this app, but no other choice with Hertz and they don't let you know in advance. We were renting a car in Corsica and you have to have a French phone number to register. That is a real problem and I didn't know if we would need it on site. I got a friend to use their French phone number to register with the rest of the information my own. You don't need it again, just for registering for some reason. It really made everything easy once you got there. I thought no one would be on sight and I was nervous, BUT, they had staff and in 5 minutes we drove out. It is work ahead of time but it paid off at the time of the rental. They really need to give more direction!! The Hertz staff in Corsica was professional and helpful and we had an awesome trip!!

Is this an app that had ever been tested!
Hertz should stop doing business with this company. There app is unuseable you cannot get passed the verification step.

Can’t get beyond first step. Does not send sms confirmation to my UK phone so cannot use. No response from customer services either. Worse than useless and a waste of time.
Doesn’t work with US phones
Never got a confirmation pin - couldn’t set up. This is bad.

Cell phone confirmation code is never sent. Have tried several times without success. Unbelievable
Does not work and no support
My rental agency Sixt wants me to use this AP. The AP cannot validate my account because it cannot or does not send a SMS to my phone with a validation code. A joke. And the email asking for support comes back with a message that says that the support desk is unattended and to call Sixt. Shame on Sixt for sending customers through this circus.

Absolutely crap app. Developers should be ashamed. I have tried to use it to confirm a Hertz car booking for five days days. However I can never go thru the steps before a bugs gets me to start over. Zero stars.
Not Functional With U.S. and Canadian Phone Numbers
This app does not work with U.S. and Canadian phone numbers. It cannot send the verification code to these numbers, only to French ones. I had to send the code to a friend in France to complete a booking of a car from a Hertz in Corsica.
