Good but created issues
The new app is just fine and works good. However, the switch from our previous online account set up to this removed a payment set up that I had where I paid my brothers car payment with Kirtland on mine just by transferring money from one account to another. Now I have to call every month in order to do this and it is a real pain as I do all my banking and billing online. This is a real sore spot for me. Why they can’t just put things back the way they were, I really don’t understand.

Doesn’t work
Not sure what they updated on this app but it no longer works. Every time I log in it freezes. I tried going to the website to login and it just keeps looping back to the app that doesn’t work. Ridiculous.
Love it
I think it’s easy to get into convenience and track all transactions and documents. Everything which makes it easier to keep track.

I love the new app! Easy access once you set it up. Best part is it shows you upcoming transactions and when they are going to be posted.
Love this Bank
I can’t tell you how many times KFCU Has helped me out. When I couldn’t make a deposit they took care of that transaction. The credit union always has the best associates who’ll take care of anything you may need in banking.
Deposit holds!
This process really stinks. I get the same 2 deposits every month, yet your bank makes me wait 5 days to use my money!!!

I like the old bill pay after I pay my bill and I go to schedule it doesn't total up anymore. I am still trying to get use to this new upgrade.
Recent upgrade?
In order to modernize the app an extensive new version destroyed its functionality. The ways in which the new app are inferior to previous versions are too numerous to list. It looks pretty but…oh well. See for yourself.
Log out process
I do t like the logout process . It’s clunky. It’s not obvious. That’s my biggest dislike so far. Thank you.

Love the new app! Definitely better & modern view is much more user friendly!
Terrible update
Banking apps don’t need to be fancy at the cost of usability. Had to check my account and they logged me out due to the new update. Changed my password without my consent! Took me 20 minutes just to check my balance. Also absurd password requirements that do not by any means meet industry standards. It feels like they let a teenager who’s never banked before design their new terrible app.

Mobile Check Deposit
Is mobile check deposit ever going to work? Living out of state so I can't even physically deposit a check anymore. Have to mobile deposit to my secondary bank junk to get the funds in my main account
Outdated Banking App
The user interface is so dated and clunky and PLEASE can we get TIMELY account updates and more notification options. There’s no reason why we shouldn’t have the option to get a notification with our daily balance or be updated WITHIN A FEW MINUTES (not hours) that a deposit was made. Modern banking apps are way better than this. KIRTLAND DO BETTER!

Has always been wonky but now it’s completely broken. Tells me to rotate device to take picture and literally nothing happens. You can’t even go back or get out of app. You have to force quit. Useless app now honestly. The only purpose of mobile banking apps to most ppl is check depositing
