The drivers don’t focus on the road, all they do is talk on the phone. They don’t know where to pick up or drop off, which makes the app useless I matters well call! Charging too much for rides to leave you a block, two blocks away! Very inconsiderate and unprofessional.

I ordered a ride and I was trying to cancel it because I was caught up in something, I asked to cancel the ride and the driver said he did. This was at 11 pm July 4th and it’s currently 2:30 am July 5th, I called the number provided on the app, they picked up and spoke gibberish and they speak fast like their trying to get rid of you then they put me on hold just to wait another five minutes, just for someone to say no one’s there and hang up. App is slow and has too many bugs

THIS CAR SEVICE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL NUMEROUS TIMES THEY HAVE CANCELED MY CAB AND HELD MY MONEY LEAVING ME STRANDED TO GET TO WORK . OTHER TIMES THE CAB DEIVER REFUSESING TO LET ME IN OR OUT OF THE CAB BECAUSE I ORDERED MY CAN WITH A CREDIT CARD. IF I COULD I WOULD SUE FOR BEING UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE. Probably a cover for money laundering 💯

Always late. ETA of 1 min they take 8, then the drivers wants to charge the congestion fee twice, which is added to the charge. I am not happy after multiple times of the same things happening over and over again. I have deleted this app multiple time, this will be my last. Fix your service.
Unprofessional
App freezes and charges your card and then when you call support, nobody wants to help and they act like you’re an inconvenience to them.

The app was running a lot better than it did when it first started, but I noticed there isn’t maintenance on the app as frequent as other riding apps. With Apple updates, there should be app updates to make sure it’s running smoothly.
I just waited for a cab 9 minutes when the app said said it was a 3 min wait. Please update the app or fix the glitches!! I rather give my cash to kiss and not Uber!!!

The app keeps crashing, or runs extremely slow. Can someone fix this? I prefer this car service over Uber, but sometimes I end up using the Uber app because this app isn’t working. Maintenance is needed on this app

I use this app to order a taxi and on the app sent $16 so I got in the cab and he said $18 I told him the ab is $16 he said he don’t like picking up people that order from the app because the app is always wrong .. then he goes on and say how Uber is more expensive lift also 😑 I always order a taxi on this app and the drivers go by the app price except this one and another cab driver last year

Wish it would work
I’ve tried using the app multiple times and i was only ever able to get a cab once. They then charged me twice for it and never answered the phone when I called to try and resolve the issue.
Worst taxi app ever
Barely ever actually get a cab and when I do get a cab it’s either after it says no driver found and I’m already in another cab or I cancel the ride due to the never ending looking for a driver screen and then get a call saying it’s your cab driver I’m here. Horrible
