Absolute Nightmare – Post-Foreclosure Harassment & Zero Support

I would give zero stars if I could. I foreclosed my loan on March 31st, and the experience since then has been a total disaster.
• Financial Negligence: Even after I paid off the full balance and received email confirmation that they have my money, they still tried to autodebit an EMI from my bank account. This is unacceptable and legally questionable.
• Zero Customer Service: I have been trying to call them all morning. No one picks up. When you finally get someone on the line, they lie. A representative promised to email me my NOC immediately after our call—it never arrived.
• System Lag: They claim it takes "4–5 days" to reflect a payment that they’ve already acknowledged receiving. In the meantime, your bank account is at risk of unauthorized debits.
This app and company are quick to take your money but completely disappear when it's time to provide a simple NOC or stop illegal debits. Avoid this lender at all costs if you value your peace of mind and your credit score
