Love the food but the app is terrible.
This is the most dumbest app ever created. Please fix it or make a new one. I have created 3 accounts and it doesn’t recognize any of them. I can’t add new methods of payment. I het zero points for purchases. When I do, I can’t redeem points So stupid!

Every time I try to order through the app, it either says the store is closed (when it isn’t) or it crashes. I literally have never been able to use the app

As others are stating, this app is close to non functional. It crashes consistently when trying to create an account or log in. Took me a week of attempting to successfully create an account. And then I placed an order thru the app, and I didn’t even get points for my purchase.
Amazing Food, Terrible App
I LOVE Kitanda, their food is amazing. Best açaí bowls I’ve ever had. But this app is genuinely non-functional. Every time I try to sign up it crashes, and you can’t order food without logging in with an account. So I’m never able to use it 🙃 would love to be able to order ahead online.

Terrible App
Won’t let me pay and took forever just to add my credit card. Now I won’t be able to redeem any rewards that I have gained so far.
Absolute worst app I’ve ever used by far.
Going to start by saying I love Kitanda and go there for coffee and acai bowls all the time.
But the experience is completely ruined by this god awful app.
75% of the time, the app does not even function and doesn’t allow to even order. I have had countless issues. There were account creation issues, bugs with ordering certain items, issues with payment that would literally make it so I couldn’t even order.
There is currently an issue right now with their VISA payment that prevents me from even being able to order anything.
This app is an absolute embarrassment and these developers should never be allowed to work on another app ever again.

App still broken
The app has worked once in the last year, and the new issue is that visa can’t verify the buyer. Frustrating to build the cart only to have it not work

This app is terrible. Does not let me register and login. The developer should be ashamed of this app and never publish it on Apple Store. This feels more like an MVP than a finished app.

The stores hours are not right, distance to the store is off by several miles, impossible to customize a bowl properly (a checkbox is for a binary choice, not something that can be added several times...)

No longer works, makes me so sad!
We used to order a few times a month, our special treat. Ordering in store takes a long time to make, so ordering ahead was SO nice! But the app quit working and now says update needed, but going to App Store says it’s up to date. Broken on our iPhones and iPad! I have deleted app and reinstalled, and I can get as far as putting stuff in cart and specifying payment method, and then it says there is an error, and it doesn’t place the order. Please please fix it!

Non-functional
Won't let you add a card to pay. I tried with two credit cards. Also keeps telling me to upgrade as a new version is available. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, same issues.
To the Kitanda owners, just take it off the App Store. In this day and age you don't have to create your own app, you can use Toast if you don't like the GrubHubs and DoorDashes of the world. Or use whatever your point of sale system is, they've got an app and you can integrate with it easy (e.g., square, clover, whatever)

App stopped working
Says invalid login credentials. You call the store to place an order, they say you have to use the app. You tell them the app isn’t working, they shrug.
