Best place in Totem Lake
I get breakfast here once or twice a week. It is very consistent. The staff is very friendly. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming. Loyalty program is great. What else could you ask for.

Use the kiosk instead
They don’t prioritize orders by timestamp. If you follow the encouragements from the app to save time by ordering from the app, you will end up at the very back of the line behind everyone with a kiosk order, even if you place that order from the parking lot and walk in and several people come in after you placed your order -you will be fulfilled last after them.
They are highly inconsistent about when they fulfill app orders. The only consistent thing I’ve noticed is they fill kiosk orders first and they do mobile orders when all kiosk orders are filled.
I enjoy Kitanda, but the mobile ordering experience is beyond frustrating. You wait forever with your food with no indication that they’re working on it.

Rewards do not transfer
If you had rewards on the old app they are gone.
Update: now this app won’t even calculate my order. Franchise deserves to fail there’s plenty of other better coffee places who do want to serve customers

Terrible
I lost over $8 in rewards from their previous app- instead of updating and plowing rewards to carry over they made a new app?! This one isn’t user friendly and I can’t add more than one item to an order so I peaced THREE different orders! Not pleased!!!
