Ordered 2 days early for supper bowl and was told my food would be ready an hour late when I showed up to pick the food up. UNACCEPTABLE!

As title said it all , Ezell’s should have rewards programs on order apps for regular customers, Popeyes has it so is KFC but not Ezell? Why ? You guys at Ezell don’t care if customers come back or not ? Rewards would gets customers come back more often, something to consider guys at Ezell’s, instead we got our discounts at Costco for buying the Ezell’s gift cards $80 for $100 worth
