As title said it all , Ezell’s should have rewards programs on order apps for regular customers, Popeyes has it so is KFC but not Ezell? Why ? You guys at Ezell don’t care if customers come back or not ? Rewards would gets customers come back more often, something to consider guys at Ezell’s, instead we got our discounts at Costco for buying the Ezell’s gift cards $80 for $100 worth

The app is mostly great, but you can’t use Apple Pay, which would be much easier.
Always missing the bun
I order weekly for my son and they manage to skip placing the bun on the order. 3 misses in 2 months.
Some times they also place half the amount of fries.
Unfortunately, I don’t know this until I reach home and it’s too late.

Mobile app does not work with Ezells gift cards. Even after entering card number and confirming available amount on card. Selected full payment on gift card. But app stated field must be non zero. All fields were correctly filled. Could not place order!!! Horrible customer experience!!!
