Pointless/ never any response from ‘support’

Used to like this game. Since the beginning it’s said card collections coming soon. Been on to support for this and various other issues. Not one reply! Now I see my team mates are thanking one another for swapping cards and I still don’t have access.
Supposed to be relaxing downtime. Just infuriating. Deleting.
