I love it but when I completed the first one it says no connection I even restarted it and it still says I don’t have connection

I like the game I really do but it keep it keep saying it need to connect to the internet Andy won’t download to the next stage so I feel like I can’t do the makeovers I tried to come to support nothing else happy fix the issues please
