App doesn't work

This app
stopped working on my iPhone, and Kith customer service is useless. The app
Says I have to “turn on notifications” and won't let me get past the opening screen. And the app is not appearing in my list of apps, so
I can't even turn on notifications!

Disappointing Checkout & Account Experience

I logged in with my loyalty account, yet none of my account information or order history was saved. On top of that, the checkout process forced me to re-enter my credit card details three times. For an official app, this is an extremely frustrating and terrible user experience.
