These people have put my clinic profile on their website without my knowledge and put the wrong details like clinic timing etc. and to add to it, they have put my personal phone number on the website. Now people are calling directly to my personal number and fighting that it shows as clinic is open and it’s not open.. As I requested multiple times to remove my profile from their website, now finally removed the page from their website but the contact details are still shown in Google search with KiwiHealth title. They are not ready to get it removed saying it doesn’t concern them and it’s not their job. And I’m keeping on getting calls at busy and odd hours enquiring about false clinic timing etc. very unprofessional service and support system.

We’ve started using the Kivi Health app for our hospital EMR and it’s worked really well for us. It’s a complete solution that handles OPD, IPD, billing, and overall workflows very efficiently. The interface is clean and it manages both patient and administrative tasks smoothly.
Also want to highlight the training sessions by Mr. Aditya Mukherjee — they were detailed, practical, and cleared all our doubts. Made it very easy for our staff and doctors to adapt to the software. This EMR is quite comprehensive.
Overall, a solid, reliable EMR platform that delivers on what it promises. Happy to recommend it.
